Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PulseAggregator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including Free and Pro-API accounts.
2. Description of Service
PulseAggregator aggregates publicly available news articles from third-party sources and provides search, filtering, alerting, and digest functionality. We do not produce original journalism. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
3. User Accounts
You must provide a valid email address when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at hello@pulseaggregator.com.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Service itself; attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or plan restrictions; resell access to the Service without a written white-label agreement; use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation; or distribute content from the Service in a way that infringes the copyright of original publishers.
5. Plans and Billing
PulseAggregator offers a Free plan at no cost and a Pro-API plan at $14.99 per month. The Free plan includes access to 1000+ live sources, full-text search, unlimited keyword alerts, weekly email digests, digest preview in the UI, and source & category filters. The Pro-API plan includes everything in the Free plan plus REST API access, API key management, and CSV/JSON bulk export. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. All prices are in USD.
6. Crypto Payments
Pro-API plan payments are processed via NOWPayments (nowpayments.io), a third-party cryptocurrency payment processor. By choosing to pay with crypto, you agree to NOWPayments' terms of service and privacy policy. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible; refunds, where applicable, will be issued in the equivalent USD value at the time of the original transaction. PulseAggregator is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations, network fees, or delays caused by blockchain congestion. Failed or underpaid transactions must be reported to hello@pulseaggregator.com within 14 days.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro-API subscription at any time from the account page. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will revert to the Free plan. You may delete your account at any time; your data will be removed promptly.
8. Intellectual Property
The PulseAggregator platform, design, and code are owned by us. Article content displayed through the Service remains the property of original publishers. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any content. The Service's API may be used to access your own data within your plan limits.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided without warranty. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any news content. We are not responsible for decisions made based on content from the Service. Article content reflects the views of original publishers, not PulseAggregator.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseAggregator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any losses arising from cryptocurrency payment processing. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. For Free plan users, our total liability shall not exceed $10 USD.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
