By accessing or using PulseAggregator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including Free and Pro accounts.
PulseAggregator aggregates publicly available news articles from third-party sources and provides search, filtering, alerting, and digest functionality. We do not produce original journalism. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
You must provide a valid email address when signing up. Accounts are secured via Google OAuth; you are responsible for protecting access to your Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account via the contact page.
You agree not to use the Service to: scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Service itself; attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or plan restrictions; resell access to the Service without a written white-label agreement; use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation; or distribute content from the Service in a way that infringes the copyright of original publishers.
PulseAggregator offers a Free plan at no cost, a Pro Reader plan at $14.99 per month, a Pro Developer plan at $29.99 per month, and a Team plan billed per seat at $39.99 per seat per month (3-seat minimum). The Free plan includes access to 10000+ sources, full-text search, story comments, 3 keyword alerts, weekly email digests, digest preview, source & category filters, story clustering, blindspot detection, story comparison, deduplication, translation into 20+ languages, source intelligence (bias & factuality labels), and read history. The Pro Reader plan includes everything in the Free plan plus saved search rules, news bias analysis, blindspot detection, semantic signal tags, auto-tagging, signal trends, anomaly detection alerts, propaganda/clickbait/spin detection, and reading analytics. The Pro Developer plan includes everything in the Pro Reader plan plus full REST API access, API key management, CSV/JSON bulk export, webhook alerts, and scheduled exports. The Team plan includes everything in the Pro Developer plan plus smart alert rules (AND/OR/NOT), shared boards, @mentions, story assignments, team digests, and team bias/signal snapshots. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. All prices are in USD.
Pro plan payments are processed via PayPal (paypal.com), a third-party payment processor. By choosing to pay, you agree to PayPal's terms of service and privacy policy. PulseAggregator is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations, transaction fees, or delays caused by PayPal. Failed transactions must be reported via the contact page within 14 days. Full refunds are available within 24 hours of any payment via the request-refund API endpoint or by contacting support.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the account page. If cancelled within 24 hours of payment, you are eligible for a full refund. Otherwise, a 5% cancellation fee applies and the remainder is refunded; your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will revert to the Free plan. You may delete your account at any time; your data will be removed promptly.
The PulseAggregator platform, design, and code are owned by us. Article content displayed through the Service remains the property of original publishers. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any content. The Service's API may be used to access your own data within your plan limits.
The Service is provided without warranty. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any news content. We are not responsible for decisions made based on content from the Service. Article content reflects the views of original publishers, not PulseAggregator.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseAggregator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. For Free plan users, our total liability shall not exceed $10 USD.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
